 What are the differences between Medium and Dark roasts?

Dark roast is less acidic than the medium roast. The more the coffee is roasted, the less acidic it becomes.

Adding more milk or sugar may be necessary when consuming medium roast coffee, as it tends to have a higher level of bitterness compared to dark roast coffee.

You can brew your drip coffee twice but every time you brew it, it gets less flavorful. The first brew would always give you the best taste.

We recommend at least 8 oz of hot water for each drip per first filter (remember you can filter it twice). Add more if desired.
